Our clients fell in love with the storybook charm of a 2,000-square-foot cottage-style home. However, the property required a major overhaul to accommodate their needs, and we took every last detail into account. While preserving aspects of the home’s original character, our team of Austin architects reimagined what it could be. We added a 1,000-square-foot primary suite to the rear of the property, which links to the existing structure around a central courtyard and pool. Additionally, we reorganized the interior layout to best capture the natural light and views from the site. We expanded the kitchen with a separate scullery and butler’s pantry.
