A large site in the Barton Hills neighborhood allowed us to develop a generous footprint centered around a courtyard for this custom home design.  An open floor plan features extensive walls of windows that visually connect the interior to the outdoor courtyard and pool. The back of the home is carved into the site's terrain and features a ground-level primary suite and a second-story set of bedrooms joined by a central den.
