A large site in the Barton Hills neighborhood allowed our team of Austin architects to develop a generous footprint centered around a courtyard for this custom home design. The street side of the home includes an entry, garage, and private guest suite. An open floor plan features extensive walls of windows that visually connect the interior to the outdoor courtyard and pool. The back of the home is carved into the site's terrain and features a ground-level primary suite and a second-story set of bedrooms joined by a central den.
