This new construction single-family home in Austin was custom-designed from the ground up. Our team worked to understand the needs of a young family of four and translate those to maximize the site's potential. Highly functional spaces come to life with rich design details, including floor-to-ceiling cabinetry for storage and slatted wood screens that define the living spaces while preserving sightlines. The earthy color palette ties everything back to the lush green site that inspired the design.
