The large site of this Barton Hills home allowed us to create a modern retreat designed around indoor-outdoor living. The street facade presents a single-story entry and walled carport for privacy. The lines between the interior and exterior blur as the main living spaces wrap around a central courtyard, offering easy access to the pool and spa. The primary suite is carved into the site, creating a secluded feel that is still connected to the courtyard space, and a second-story provides private bedroom suites united by a central den.
