The site of this new construction home presented many challenges, including steep topography and a large protected tree in the center of the property. Our solution was to place the carport, pool, and walled courtyard toward the front of the lot. Walking in, you are greeted by the shade of the central tree. The main house sits on the back of the site, with three levels that take advantage of the space created by the slope. Back balcony views open onto the greenbelt and city, amidst the tree canopies.
